Offering unparalleled manufacturing precision, Cat® Feeder chain guards protect the feeder chains from damage. Feeder chain guards are part of material feed system in front part of the Paver. The chain is used in the feeder chain assembly that pulls asphalt from front of the machine to rear. Feeder chain guard like these are used to protect the chains from dust and debris and impact from the material.

Cat® Feeder chain guards provide the best balance of abrasion and impact resistence. Both Cat® Feeder chain guards and feeder chains are designed as a balanced system to move more material over a longer period with less downtime. This is accomplished by providing great strength for superior breakage resistance, and by offering maximum wear protection.
