The Connecting Link is a component in the Door of the Hood that helps the latch and striker mechanism. The Connecting Link provides a connection between the handle and the latch for opening the engine enclosure hood door. A Connecting Link has a movable section so that it can be used to unite two portions of a component.

Attributes:
• Provides smooth handling of the Hood Door.
• Provided with high strength and wear resistance.
• Provided with 6 holes to fit with spring pins for a pivot connection between the components.

Applications:
The Connecting Link is used to connect components and transmit the movement between the components in the Engine Hood Door, mostly used in Cat 924, 924K, 926, 926M, 930, 930K, 930M, 938, 938K, and 938M Wheel Loaders.
