Cat® Hazard Warning Film are used to highlight the warning signs such as crush hazard to keep bucket away from cab, to worn seatbelt at all the time, to not operate or work without reading operator's and maintenance manuals, to keep machine and attachments at a safe distance from electrical power, front and top guards should be installed for applications where hazard of falling objects exists, always confirm quick coupler pins are engaged.
These films are made from polycarbonate films which are primarily intended for use in back lighted lens and instruction films requiring excellent impact strength and abrasion resistance. They are underlayed with aluminum plate to resist distortion caused by fastening devices with a weather and abrasion resistant layer suitable for extended use on the exterior of vehicles. Cat Films should only be applied to surfaces between 4°C and 32°C. Use of a heat gun to warm the substrate surface is recommended if the surface temperature is below 4°C. Be aware that adhesives will be much more aggressive at temperatures near and above 32°C. Cat® Film is designed and tested to deliver the quality you expect.
