Description:
Cat® 304 CR Japanese Emission and Sound Plate shows the emission and sound note of the 304 CR Machine. The minimum material required is Aluminum 1100 H14 or H24 with 110 MPa minimum tensile and a minimum surface hardness of 32HB. Aluminum material is not susceptible to excessive corrosion or pitting. The adhesive is a dark gray, conformable acrylic adhesive with good adhesion to flexible vinyl with very high bond (VHB) pressure sensitive adhesives (PSA) with release films with a closed-cell acrylic foam carrier. Cat Plates should only be applied to surfaces between 4°C and 32°C. Use of a heat gun to warm the substrate surface is recommended if the surface temperature is below 4°C. Be aware that adhesives will be much more aggressive at temperatures near and above 32°C. Cat® Film is designed and tested to deliver the quality you expect from your equipment.
Application:
