Description:
A Piston Pin, also known as a wrist pin, is part of an internal combustion engine that connects the piston to the connecting rod. It is a cylindrical metal pin that is inserted through the piston and into the small end of the connecting rod. The Piston Pin allows the piston to pivot on the connecting rod as the engine cycles through its combustion process.
Attributes:
• Withstand high temperatures and pressures.
• Provides good wear resistance and strength.
Applications:
A Piston Pin securely connects the piston to the connecting rod, widely used in CAT 12M, 140, 140M, 150, 160, and 160M Motor Grader, 1706, 1706D, 1706J, 3516C, C7, C9, C9.3 and C9.3B Engine (Piston), 2864C, 521, 522, 586C and 586D Tree Harvester, 323D, 330, 330D, 336D, 340D, 345, and 725C OEM Applications, 330D, 336, 336D, 336E, 336F, 340, 340D, 340F, 345, 349D, 350, 374F, 568, and MH3050 Excavators, 336E Base Machine-Cosg-336e Hvg, 336E Base Machine-Cosg-336e L Uhd, 627, 627H, 627K, 637, and 637K Wheel Tractor (For Scraper), 725 and 725C Articulated Truck, 725B Truck (Incl Truck Tractors), 950L, 964K, 966, 966K, 966L, 966M, 972, 972K, 972L, 972M, and 980M Wheel Loader, 973 and 973K Track Loader, C13 Engine-General Platform (C13), C9 Power Systems, C9.3 Engine-General Platform (C9), C9.3 Generator Set, D6, D6T, D7, D7E, and SEM832F Track Type Tractor, MD5110 and MD6640 Drills, MH3250 Material Handler, PL72 Pipelayer, PM3, PM310, PM312, PM313 and RM400 Paving Equipment.
