An Air to Air Aftercooler Core is designed to cool down compressed air before it enters the engine. It functions by passing hot, compressed air through a series of fins and tubes, where it dissipates heat to the surrounding air, resulting in a lower intake temperature. This cooler, denser air improves engine combustion efficiency, leading to increased power output and reduced emissions. The aftercooler core is required to prevent overheating and optimize engine performance.
