Description:
A Sleeve Bearing is located inside the joystick of the control unit in between the plate and the housing, is to reduce friction and wear between two moving parts. The bushing is designed to fit snugly into a hole or bore in the stationary component and to provide a bearing surface for the rotating shaft. It also provides distribution of load evenly and smooth operation.
Attributes:
• Helps to distribute the load evenly across the mounting surface.
• Reduces vibrations and noise.
• Manufactured to precise specifications and are built for durability, reliability, and productivity.
Applications:
A Sleeve Bearing is used to support the joystick control assembly in the pilot valve between two parts, mostly used in Cat 307, 307B, 307C, 307D, 308C, 308D, 311, 311B, 311C, 311D, 311F, 312, 312B, 312C, 312D, 313C, 313D, 314C, 314D, 315, 315B, 315C, 315D, 317, 317B, 318B, 318C, 318D, 319C, 319D, 320, 320B, 320C, 320D, 320S, 321B, 321C, 321D, 322, 322B, 322C, 323D, 324D, 325, 325B, 325C, 325D, 326D, 328D, 329D, 330, 330B, 330C, 330D, 336D, 340D, 345B, 345C, 345D, 349D, 349E, 5100X, 5110B, M325B, M325C, W330B and W345B Excavators, 320D, 325C, 325D, 330C, 330D, 345C, M325D, M330D, M333F, TH220B and W345C Material Handler, 3516C Generator Set, 416C, 426C, 428C, 434F, 436C, 438C and 444F Backhoe, 539, TK1161, TK1162, TK711, TK721 and TK722 Tree Harvester, 950F and 960F Wheel Loader, TR43 Powertrain.
