Description:
A Pilot Operated Cartridge Pressure Relief Valve (POC-PRV) is a type of hydraulic valve commonly used in main hydraulic control valves. The Pilot Operated Cartridge Pressure Relief Valve consists of a main valve cartridge and a pilot valve cartridge. The main valve cartridge is responsible for controlling the flow of hydraulic fluid through the valve, while the pilot valve cartridge is responsible for sensing the system pressure and opening or closing the main valve cartridge accordingly.
Attributes:
• Designed to regulate the pressure of hydraulic fluid within a hydraulic system to a specific pressure setting of 36260 kPa with a tolerance of +/- 490 kPa at a flow rate of 19 liters per minute
• Made from Steel to withstand wear and tear
Applications:
A Pilot Operated Cartridge Pressure Relief Valve (POC-PRV) is designed to regulate the pressure of hydraulics within a hydraulic system by diverting excess fluid flow back to the reservoir when the system pressure exceeds a predetermined level. This is mostly used in Cat 160, H160S and 180, H180S Ripper, 325C, 325D, 329D, 330C, 330D, 336D, 345B, 345C and W345B Excavators, 330, 336D, 345 and 345C OEM Applications, 345C Material Handler, 972H Wheel Loader, THUMB - Mechanical Arm.
