Descriptions:
A Camshaft is a component in an Engine that is responsible for opening and closing the Engine's Valves. The assembly of the Camshaft typically consists of the Camshaft, Camshaft Bearings, and other components that are designed to work together to control the engine's valve timing. The Camshaft is mounted on the front of the engine and is driven by the engine's timing belt or chain. It is designed to withstand the stresses and forces associated with the operation of the Engine.
Attributes:
• Provides a rigid link between the Crank and Cam
• Manufactured to precise specifications and are built for durability, and reliability
• Hardened to indentation depth of 1.5-2.1mm which provides high strength and wear resistance
Applications:
A Camshaft is used to run the Engine of the Machine or heavy-duty vehicles, this is widely used in Cat 3056 and 3056E Engine (Piston), 550B, 560B, 564 and 574B Tree Harvester, 924G, 928G and CS-563E 924G, 928G, 930G and IT28G Wheel Loader, AP-600, AP-655C, BB-760, BG-2255C, CP-563E, CP-663E, CS-563E, CS-573E, CS-583E, CS-663E, CS-683E, PF-300B and PS-300B Paving Equipment, CP-573E, CP-583E and CS-563E Compactor, M316C, M318C and M322C Excavators, TR13 Powertrain.
