Description:
An Axle Purge Valve, also known as an axle breather valve or an axle vent valve, is used to equalize the air pressure inside the axle housing with the outside atmosphere. It is typically a small, one-way valve that is installed on the top or side of the axle housing and made of durable material such as brass or steel to withstand the harsh operating conditions inside the axle housing.
