Descriptions:
A Hydraulic Breather is a component used in hydraulic systems to regulate the pressure and airflow within the system. It is designed to allow air to enter and exit the tank as the fluid level changes due to temperature fluctuations or fluid consumption. The breather typically consists of a filter element that prevents contaminants from entering the system while allowing air to pass through. In addition to filtering the air, some hydraulic breathers also include a pressure relief valve that opens when the pressure inside the tank exceeds a certain level.
Attributes:
• Helps to regulate Pressure and prevent contamination.
• Designed to trap particles will be in the size of 3 microns.
• Operating Temperature range will be from -30°C to 100°C.
Applications:
A Hydraulic Breather is used in the Hydraulic Tank and also connected to the Torque Converter Housing with the help of an Elbow and Tube in the Power Train Arrangement, mostly used in CAT 725, 730 and 735 Articulated Truck, D4 and D6K Track Type Tractor, MD6200, MD6240, MD6250, MD6290, MD6310, MD6380, MD6420, MD6420B, MD6540 and MD6540C Drills, PL61 Pipelayer.
